1. Overview
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
2. Products & Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. Some items, especially limited editions, may not be restocked once sold out. Product images are for reference only — minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout.
4. Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping within Australia on orders over $299 AUD (via Australia Post).
International shipping is available — costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal services.
5. Return & Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for blind box or limited edition items under any circumstances, including minor factory imperfections from the official manufacturer.
Please note: We do not cover defects considered acceptable by the original brand, such as slight paint flaws or uneven printing.
To avoid disputes, we recommend filming an unboxing video within 2 days of receiving your order, showing the full package and shipping label clearly.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. Please ensure all information is correct before checking out.
- Special items (such as specific colour blind boxes) require manual unboxing and verification, and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing has begun.
- If a cancellation is requested for personal reasons, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the order amount.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled at will. Please carefully consider before placing your order.
