To avoid disputes regarding missing or defective items, we kindly ask customers to record an unboxing video within 2 days of delivery.
The video must clearly show:

Delivery Completion Clause
Once the tracking status shows "Delivered", we consider the delivery completed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend choosing a tracked service with signature required or contacting your local post office promptly.
